By air:
To/From Biarritz: Airport transfers
from Biarritz Airport are included in the cost of the holiday,
running at specific times depending on your trip. Transfer
days are typically tiring, so we aim to reduce the hassle
involved in your travel, allowing you to start your holiday in
as relaxed a fashion as possible.
Some trip notes provide you with an exact transfer time.
For others, transfer times will be arranged to tie in with the
main group flight, usually the most sensible flight of the day. We will confirm these details
with you by email during the booking process. If this flight is late
arriving, then the transfer
will be delayed accordingly.
If you miss your flight or choose to fly after
the arranged meeting time, you will be unable to join the
group transfer and you will be
responsible for catching up with the group. Unfortunately,
if you do not use the transfer for any reason, there is no refund available.
In some cases it may be possible to arrange a transfer from
a hotel in Biarritz as an alternative to the airport transfer,
if you are already in the area.
By road:
As this is a point to point trip, it is not likely to be
feasible to drive unless you are happy to get public transport
back from Narbonne to Hossegor at the end of the trip (over
330 miles away).
If needed however, some minimal parking is available in
road parking bays opposite the hotel.
