If you would like to speak us personally, Cathy can generally be reached in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays or if we are out and about, can alternatively be reached on our mobiles.  If we are not  able to answer your call (as here is nothing more annoying than being in the hills with a leader whose phone keeps ringing!), please leave a short message and we will get back to you as soon as it is convenient.  Unless it is an emergency, it would be great if you can always call before 6pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
