Walking Holidays in the Pyrenees

The Midi Pyrenees are a wonderful and undersold destination for walking at all levels, from relaxing to demanding. As locals ourselves, we know the Ariege and its mountain-sides intricately and can take you to the best and lesser know regions for escapism, stunning views and a wonderful variety of landscape.

New since 2010 is our popular Walking in the Eastern Pyrenees itinerary, run in conjunction with Exodus Travels. The Grade C departures are ideal if you like tougher walking in the high mountains, or the Grade B dates perfect for those enjoying a good day out but on more defined paths and with less extensive sections of up! This holiday has departures spread throughout the Spring and Summer, so you can come and see our fabulous Pyrenean Spring Flowers, or the Autumn Colours.
If you would prefer a more challenging trekking holiday where we stay in the comfortable mountain refuges then our Peaks and Ridges of the Pyrenees holiday would be the ideal choice.
Most of our walking holidays in the Pyrenees are one week long, but if you prefer to take a longer vacation then you can combine two trips back to back and we will offer you a £100 discount.
Marmot Tours and staff have 10 years of experience in organizing and running successful walking holidays in the Pyrenees and worldwide. We know what makes a good holiday and understand the requirements of our clients. Our attention to detail ensures that you will have the best possible holiday. We have a large number of clients who come back every year - which hopefully speaks volumes!
