Etape du Tour

As a company, we have made a decision not to run a trip / holiday package associated with the Etape du Tour. Whilst we recognise that it is great event and understand its popularity, we feel that the number of people taking part puts too much pressure on the infrastructure, meaning that there is an increased chance of things not going to plan. We feel that there are many lower 'pressure' events that are more fun to do, with less chance of damage to bikes and people, and that cost less!
We have consequently decided to concentrate our energy in promoting other cycling events which are equally as challenging and rewarding, but where you have more chance of enjoying the cols you are cycling, achieving your goals, and not having logistical problems with bikes! See below for our recommendations:
The Ariegeoise Cyclosportive Event - One of the top 6 cycling races in the world, with the route changing every year and 3 different distances making it open to anyone that enjoys riding a bike.
Tour de France 3 stage challenge - Ride all 3 Pyrenean Tour de France Stages on consecutive days. Resulting in a monster 11000m of climbing over the 533km
The Raid Pyrenean - 720km, 11000m of ascent in 100hrs from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean.
The Raid Alpine - 700km, 16300m ascent in 6 days from Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean over lots of the classic Alpine climbs including the two highest!
